All the ARCA team, both management and staff, welcome you to our Italian language school; we’ll all be very happy to help you with anything you may need in connection with the ARCA italian language courses and with whatever else you may need during your stay in Bologna.
Serena Gordini, the school’s administrative partner, is in charge of organising the courses and accommodation, and also takes care of public relations with clients.
Cinzia Ferulli, the didactic co-ordinator, is in charge of co-ordinating the teaching staff, and of organising the programme of social and cultural activities. She also collaborates with Serena in organising the Italian courses.
The Teaching Staff, all ARCA’s teachers are mother-tongue University graduates, and are all qualified to teach Italian as a foreign language. They have all been chosen for their communicative and professional skills and have all been trained by the Koinè school of Florence.
